The Story of

Our Restaurant

Since 2021, our restaurant has been located in Vancouver. Our team is proud to serve you our delicious Vietnamese specialties. Through the dishes filled with Northern Vietnamese flavours, we hope that you will experience the most unique and delicate characteristics of the Hai Phong Region’s cuisine.

The owner Cherry Pham moved to Vancouver since 2015 from Northern Vietnam and is the beating heart of the operation. This is her first restaurant, but despite the lack of restaurant history, she has succeeded in bringing a truly unique and authentic taste of her home region to Vancouver.

Our Specialties

Sticky Rice Pork Belly Stew

Have you ever had Sticky Rice Pork Belly Stew with Vietnamese ham and Pate? If you have never tried then it is a must.

Our pork belly is braised for hours, it’s sweet and savoury and so addicting when you combined the gravy and sticky rice together.

Bun Ca (Fish Vermicelli)

Bun ca is a popular Vietnamese noodle soup that features a flavorful broth made from fish and a variety of herbs and spices. The soup is typically served with rice noodles, fish cakes, and fresh herbs, and is enjoyed throughout Vietnam for its refreshing taste and warming qualities.

Pho Bo (Beef Noodle)

Rice Field Crab Hot Pot

Rice Field Crab Hot Pot Lau Cua Dong is Hai Phong Region’s specialty, consists of its umami fragrance and the delicate light broth made with Rice Field Crabs paste concentrate and pork bones broth. The dish is served with an assortment of homemade goodies such as piper leaf pork rolls, fish cakes, fresh vegetables and one of the most important ingredient (Brown Rice Red Noodles).
